Brewing Guide

- Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil (100°C).
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
- Place in your cup or teapot and pour over the hot water.
- Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser.

Cold
- Place 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into a jug of cold water.
- Cover and steep in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours - or overnight for a deeper infusion.
- Strain if needed, then enjoy over ice or as is.
- Brew your tea hot first: bring water to a gentle boil, then steep 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of tea for 3–5 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly, then pour over a glass full of ice.
- Add fruit or herbs if it feels right.

Unfortunately I have a minor very common stomach complaint so I offen like to take herbal teas that are gentle on the stomach and this tea is exactly that. Pleasant tasting and soothing which is just what an upset stomach needs. Whilst not the cheapest tea bag available, these tea bags are generous in both their aroma their flavour.
